Bacon and Eggs. Romeo and Juliet of food.

Ingredients :

– Brown rice pizza crust (Whole foods has it)

– 4 Small Eggs

– 3 slices of bacon.

– 60z low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (trader joes)

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

– 1 tablespoon of green onions

– 2 teaspoon shallots

– salt/pepper

Directions for Pizza


1. Add  in the following order :

– Pizza sauce

– 6oz cheese

– Chopped bacon

2.  Arrange bacon in a grid formation, get ready for those eggs.


3. Cook in preheated oven at 500 degrees for 2 minutes. Add eggs. Cook until eggs have cooked. about 10 minutes.


3. Take out, add shallots, green onions, and parsley. Eat and enjoy.
