I dont know about you guys, but I love mayo. Tuna salad, chicken salad, deviled eggs. Love that white stuff. Here is a simple recipe that needs just a little patience at the end. Tastes delicious.

Ingredients :

Directions :

– Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

– 1 large egg at room temperature

– 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

– Put all ingredients in a food processor

– Turn your processor on.

– In another bowl add 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of avocado oil.

– This is where the patience comes into play. Slowly. No no. Even slower than slow, add the oil to the food processor. This should take you about 2 minutes.

Paleo French Toast

French Toast

Easy and simple way to still have French Toast.

Ingredients :

– 2 eggs

– 1 tbs grass-fed butter

– 1 tsp nutmeg

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– 3 slices of “Paleo Bread”

Р Optional : Stevia

Directions :

Add eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix well.

Let Paleo bread soak in the egg bowls. 30 seconds each side.
