Bacon + Chicken


Here is a paleo-modified recipe I found. You can’t go wrong with bacon and chicken.

Ingredients :

6  chicken thighs sliced 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup agave syrup
2/3 cup bacon, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp Bragg BCAA soy sauce alternative
1/2 teaspoon  black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions :

1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium-high heat. Take bacon out. Chop it up. Leave the bacon fat in the pan.

2. In the bacon fat sauté garlic.

3. Add chicken chopped chicken thighs to pan with garlic. Stir fry.

4. Add agave syrup and Braggs sauce to pan. Cover pan for 10 minutes.

5. Season with pepper and salt.

6. Place on plate and add chopped bacon to chicken.
